- A seat is one human member of your organization. The agents running on your team's machines act as those members and are never billed separately.
- What's the difference between monthly and annual?
- Annual is billed once a year at roughly ten months' price — about two months free versus paying month to month. The plan and its limits are identical either way.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing portal in your organization settings. Downgrades never delete what you've already created.
